The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club today announced they have acquired a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2018 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft from the Kamloops Blazers in exchange for 19-year-old goaltender Kyle Dumba.

Dumba, a native of Calgary, Alberta, posted a 4.05 goals-against average along with a 0.860 save percentage in 39 career games that spanned parts of three seasons with the Hitmen. Calgary drafted the hometown netminder in the fourth round, 68th overall, in 2013.

The Hitmen would like to thank Dumba for his time with the organization and wish him well in his future hockey endeavours.
