The busy stretch continues.

The Hitmen are in Moose Jaw to take on the Warriors, (6 p.m., WHL Live, Sportsnet 960 THE FAN) in the first game of a three-game road swing.

After a three-in-three weekend, the Hitmen continue a tough part of their schedule playing three games in four nights.

Wednesday’s clash marks the fourth and final regular season meeting between the two clubs.  Moose Jaw is 3-0 having outscored the Hitmen by a combined 16-8 mark.  Riley Stotts (2G, 2A) leads the Hitmen with four points in the season series.

After defeating the Lethbridge Hurricanes 6-1 Saturday night, the Hitmen weren’t able to finish the three-in-three weekend with a winning mark, as they lost to the Kelowna Rockets 3-1 on Sunday afternoon.

Mark Kastelic scored the lone Hitmen marker for his career high 14th, and Matthew Armitage finished with 27 saves.

Highlights Jan. 7 vs Rockets

The Warriors won their most recent matchup against the Edmonton Oil Kings Saturday night, to extend their winning streak to six games. Moose Jaw currently leads the Dub with 69 points, and sit five points ahead of the Swift Current Broncos in the East Division.

The Hitmen claimed Zamula off of import-waivers from the Regina Pats on Tuesday afternoon. In 38 games, Zamula has seven assists and was a first-round pick in the 2017 WHL Import Draft.

The Hitmen will get a day off on Thursday before facing off against the Brandon Wheat Kings Friday night.
