Saskatoon, SK –Stefan Elliott had a goal and three assists to lead the Saskatoon Blades to a 5-0 victory over the Calgary Hitmen Tuesday night at Credit Union Centre.
Adam Morrison made 29 saves, including 15 in the first period, to record the shutout.
Marek Viedensky, Duncan Siemens, Brent Benson and Jake Trask also scored for the Blades who won their 10th straight game at home.
Calgary outshot Saskatoon 15-6 in the first period, but neither team hit the score sheet.
The WHL leading Blades then struck for a pair of goals in second period before adding three more in the third.
Calgary will enjoy a day off before resuming their season high seven game road trip Thursday in Swift Current against the Broncos.
So far the Hitmen are 1-1-0-1 in the swing.
